Preventive Maintenance

Central to any Operations organization is quality and reliability. In this theme, Cascade has developed a Preventive Maintenance Program that meets the needs of your reliability and regulatory requirements. Unlike other service companies who often provide cursory PM services in attempt to sell other services, Cascade’s Preventive Maintenance Program represents the gold standard. PM tasks are specific and in-depth, providing the greatest possible reliability at an affordable price and helping you meet your regulatory requirements.

Calibration

Cascade boasts a well-developed calibration program using precision equipment such as Fluke 743 Documenting Process Calibrators. All instruments and standards are NIST traceable and calibrated by the factory at a maximum of 12-month intervals. Our calibration standards include: temperature, humidity, vacuum and pressure.  

Validation

Those clients who operate in a regulated environment appreciate a service company that can provide validation services in addition to repair and installation.  Cascade is uniquely qualified to do all three. Correctly validating equipment requires intimate knowledge of the equipment’s systems. Having an expert technician on-hand during the validation shortens the process considerably.  There is the added benefit of being able to single-source the installation and validation of equipment. Cascade currently provides validation services (VP, IQ, OQ, and PQ) for all the equipment we service (see list in ‘Our Services’ section).

Leasing

Differences from a Monthly Rental Arrangement

                  · A monthly rental will cost the customer about 20% more than the same equipment under a lease.

                  · Preventive maintenance is not included with a monthly rental.
